Leading litigation consulting and support services firm launches innovative attorney staffing services

Houston, Texas, November 29, 2006 – Trial Solutions today announced that it has launched Attorney Solutions, a nationwide attorney staffing service. Attorney Solutions provides highly skilled and licensed contract attorneys under flexible terms to support a variety of case-based requirements including document review and trial preparation and support.

“As more and more firms realize the benefits of bringing in contract attorneys with special experience to lower costs and improve internal workflow, the market for contract attorneys is rapidly expanding ,“ stated Attorney Thomas C. The Company indicates that they have already received numerous requests from their current client base and new clients to provide attorneys to supplement staffing shortages due to extended trials and court-imposed deadlines. Additionally, firms are requesting contract attorneys to assist with document reviews and productions in large scale discovery suits, Department of Justice investigations and large scale due diligence projects.

According to a 2005 Survey by Altman Weil, Inc., of Major Law Firm Management Techniques, 62.5% of the respondents indicated that they had transferred non-core activities to a third party to lower costs or improve performance.
