Online Review Tool's Main Page

After selecting a project you are directed to the Online Review Tool's main viewing page. On this page you can view and navigate your documents. One of he best things about our software is that the intuitive layout makes our system very easy to navigate requiring only a minimum amount of training.

The screen is split into three main frames, with a toolbar along the top. From left to right the frames are 1 - the document viewing frame, 2 - the document list frame and 3 - the index information frame. The screen layout is such that there is no need to toggle between screens and the layout avoids clutter. As you review this page, you should begin to see why our software is considered to be one of the most powerful, yet easy to use on the market.

The toolbar along the top allows for simple left to right navigation. Each icon has 'float over' text so anytime you are unsure about what an icon does, simply float the mouse over it for details. Typical toolbar functions are scrolling documents for review, searching, printing and running reports.

(Tutorial continues at the bottom of the page.)

The document viewing frame is the largest frame and is where the document appears. The viewer inside this frame allows for zooming, rotating and applying annotations to documents.

The document list frame is the center frame and contains a list of the documents that are in the 'current lookup' or search population. The document list can be sorted in order based on the available indexing. As an example, if the date field has been indexed, you can sort the documents in chronological order with a click of the mouse.

The indexing information frame is on the far right and it shows the indexing information associated with the current document that is being viewed. You can see the indexing of the other documents by simply floating your mouse over a document in the document list or clicking on a particular document in the list.
