By clicking on the search icon on the main page a user will see a search screen where they can select search criteria. Both full text and index searches are available through the search screen. After selecting search specifications click on the Search button at the bottom of the page to see the results.

Boolean operators such as AND, OR and NEAR may be used with the full text searches. Pages with hits are identified and the hits are highlighted in multiple colors for easy review.

Full text searches can also be combined with index searches for additional functionality.

Users can also save their searches and access them from the main page, for quick one click searches.

 

Quick Search List

To make searching for your documents even easier, the Online Review Tool includes a search list window. By clicking the green down arrow located next to the Value box a list will appear based on the indexing available for the specified field that is being searched on. Click an item in the list and it will auto populate the Value field with that item.
