Litigation Support Software Pricing Made Easy
ImageDepot software is offered as a service (SaaS). We do not sell
software so there are no up front licensing fees. Our pricing is based on a simple per gigabyte (GB) hosting fee. Volume discounts are available starting at 26 GBs.
We offer 3 types of document hosting plans:
- Month to Month Plan - This is a simple pay as you go plan. You pay for the first and last months' per GB hosting fee up front, a one-time database setup fee, a one-time data load fee based on the total number of GBs and media being loaded and then a monthly user fee.
- Six (6) Month Plan - This plan is our most popular as there are no monthly user fees. Simply pay for the first six months' per GB hosting fees up front, along with a one-time database setup fee and a one-time data load fee based on the total number of GBs and media being loaded.
- Twelve (12) Month Plan - This plan is also very popular, especially for projects that are expected to be online for 18 months or longer, as there are no monthly user fees and no database setup fee. Simply pay for the first twelve months' per GB hosting fees up front and a one-time data load fee based on the total number of GBs and media being loaded.

1. Database Setup Fee. A one-time database setup fee of $1,500 per database applies to each database hosted with the Month to Month and Six Month plans. Twelve Month plans receive an unlimited number of databases for no additional setup fee.
2. Unlimited Users. User fees of $29 per user per month apply to the Month to Month plan. Both the Six and Twelve Month plans offer no charge for up to 5 users per every 1 GB of data hosted. Additional user licenses available for $29 per user per month.
3. Index Searches. Index searches are available on associated document indexing.
Index information can be loaded and/or created and edited directly online.
4. Assisted Document Productions. Selected documents can be pulled from the system and endorsed or bates numbered for production purposes. Additional fees apply.
5. Bulk File Downloads and Exports. Assisted bulk downloads and exports available. Additional fees apply.
6. One-time Data Load Fee. Data load fees are based on the number of GBs being loaded and the number of media received for loading. Data load fees start at $300 per GB and $150 per media. Volume discounts apply starting at 26 GBs. Media examples are CDs, DVDs and hard drives. Since a fee for each media applies, clients are encouraged to maximize media data storage so the minimum number of media are required. If Trial Solutions is not doing the processing, data must be provided in the specified load file format. Additional fees may apply if data modification is required prior to loading. Custom load file development or conversion is available for $125 per hour. Please send a data sample for a free quote, or contact us for a copy of our load file format specifications.

Free Document Hosting for 6 Months*
When certain electronic discovery and document imaging services are provided in combination, we offer 6 months of free hosting for no additional charge. Electronic discovery projects must meet the following requirements to qualify for 6 months of hosting at no additional charge:
- De-duplication
- Keyword filtering
- Metadata and text extraction
- Processing to tiff or PDF
Document imaging projects must meet the following criteria to qualify for 6 months of hosting at no additional charge:
- Scanning/imaging
- OCR
- Bibliographic coding
