Types of Presentations

Mediation - Sometimes in the form of a Power Point™, effective demonstratives such as exhibits, depositions, animations, graphs and charts can be shown to opposing counsel during negotiations. It is this “peak” that gives the other side an idea of what a jury might experience while at trial.

Courtroom - Video depositions are edited and graphics are developed for the case. All documents are scanned and along with the video and graphics, are imported into a legal presentation software. Trial Solutions provides a trial consultant/computer operator and audio visual equipment rental and setup during the trial.

Experienced Onsite Trial Support Technicians

May perform all or some of the following:

• Will set-up courtroom with necessary audio visual equipment prior to or directly following jury selection.
• Will set-up war room with correct equipment for fluid support outside of courtroom.
• Preparation of trial exhibits and clean up of documents
• Scanning of any additional trial exhibits
• Editing video clips based on line and page designations approved by court as well as counter designations.
• Projection of all trial exhibits, video, and/or graphics.
